A glass patio will allow you to enjoy your patio year round!
We offer this glass patio room with a 3" insulated aluminum roof. The roof panel is 48" wide with 3" of foam laminated to aluminum skin on each side. The glass patio room walls come with a choice of glass windows with screens, sliding glass doors with screens, aluminum glass doors with screens - insulated kick plate - 1/4" tempered glass installed in areas that don't have windows or doors installed - color choice of white or bronze on structural aluminum frame.
Pricing
Price for glass patio is figure by pricing glass walls and aluminum roof separately. Price for glass walls is total length of glass walls x $196.00 installed. Price for aluminum roof is length of roof x width of roof x $16.00 installed. Don't forget to add 1' on width and 2' on length for roof overhangs.
Payment Terms
Zero down upon acceptance of contract, 50% due upon delivery, with remaining balance to be paid after completion of installation.
